today I went into store, when i came out started truck it would not go into reverse, when in reverse truck moves forward, when in park seems to want to go forward too, like under a load when u rev it up. When driving it does not shift right since this problem of no reverse started.
Start w/ a fluid check and make sure the linkage is all moving as it should..
Thought on one of the rebuild vids I'd watched it said 3rd and reverse engage at the same time and reverse is weak in the clutch packs... May be one isnt engaging if that's true.
The forward clutch is stuck on. Usually, that's because the forward clutch is burnt, and the heat welded it together. I think it's rebuild or replace time for your transmission.

I forgot to add in my frustration, had tranny rebuilt about 3 years ago, dont drive the truck that much so less then 4000 miles on it
