Codes U0109 & P064A
Let’s see what the brain trust here can come up with….
I have a 17 F250 with 92k, within the past week or so have received the following PCM codes:
U0109 - Lost Communication With Fuel Pump Control Module 'A'
P064A - Fuel Pump Control Module 'A'
I ran a pinpoint for U0109, when I got to the step where I check for resistance between FPM pin 7 and PCM-B pin 32 there was nothing. Acts as an open.
I see no physical damage in the BN-WH wire within an inch or so of the FPM connector.
Looking at a wiring diagram of the fuel pump circuit, it looks like the FPM pin 7 to PCM-B pin 32 goes through C1415 pin 25. Can anyone confirm? I believe C1415 is below the upfitter relay box, but unsure which connector is C1415.
This also started a day before I discovered the original FoMoCo batteries were depleted and needed replacement.
Anyone have any other thoughts? Ideas on where to look next?
