0 ICP sensor volts shows a bad connection or a bad sensor. The ICP pressure (psi value) is apparently just an inferred number that the PCM has used as an "estimate".
It would help to see that same data (plus Cam/Crank Sync) when you crank and it WON'T start.
I understand that. What I was saying is that it would be nice to see the data in the picture again, BUT when you are cranking and it WON'T start. Also include the Cam/Crank Sync (sometimes a scan tool will call it "Sync").
That said, clearly you have an issue with getting an ICP signal from your sensor.
