core 5.4 3v e85 vs non-e85 differences

core 5.4 3v e85 vs non-e85 differences
Hey all,
It's been a minute since i've been on here. I've got a 2006 F150 king ranch with the 204k and a 5.4 in it. Motor lost oil pressure while pulling a camper and now its toast. I've been looking for a replacement engine( used due to budget) and I am curious, Is there any difference in the base motor between the non-e85 and the e85 spec'd trucks? My thought process and knowledge tells me that the base engine would be the same, its all in the programming and fuel system plumbing that would be different.
