5.4L compatibility

I own a 2010 F150 Lariat 4x4 with the 5.4L 3v motor. The motor is in need of replacement so my question is if the 5.4 L 2v or 5.4 L 4v are interchangeable for the 5.4L 3valve the that vehicle.?

Another ‘09-10 5.4 3V would be the least painful swap.

No only a 3v engine is compatible. Also very easy to get. I suggest a reman engine with all the updates.
