Bracket ID

While wiring in the dash today I cut my hand on this bracket directly under the steering column. Could someone help me ID this?

It holds the turn signal flasher. It will slip into the spring loaded fingers either from the bottom, or from the sides, depending on which way you want it to sit, and the wires to protrude. It's actually a nifty little design.

Burbank Washington you are so right! I don’t know why they are so sharp. Like a stake knife. I moved my flasher bracket, but I have the heavy flasher it’s longer. And now twelve volt.AJ
