I think the leaders are Weather Tech (like mine) and Husky. They both offer simple, quick, DIY no holes installation.
The determining factors are availability and cost, and some brand bias in a few cases. I went with Weather Tech as they were available locally at a pretty good price. There is a Summit Racing warehouse 30 minutes from my house. You can order from them online.
Can't help you with flaps for a dually, but I have been pleased with the factory flaps I ordered with my SRW.
The only downside is they're incompatible with Tremor flares, which would have helped keep the truck cleaner when I added wider tires plus they look cool.
Thank you that was fast. They look simple and clean. USA made too.
I bet a screw in reflector strip on rear flap would be unique. I would do it definitely, would look so Class 3 trucky.
I have been using the Gatorback mudflaps from SHARPTRUCK.COM. They are awesome. Had them on my 06. Now my 22. Have some ready to install on the 24. They are thick heavy duty rubber and install using no drill hardware.

Did you add Tremor flares? Ford has a version of that same mud flap that does fit with Tremor flares.

I haven't, at least for now. The cost of flares plus paint plus 4 all new mudflaps for a mostly aesthetic "mod" on a utility centric build doesn't make sense to me. But if my OE mudflaps ever wear out or break, it would be *much* easier to rationalize.
Put the Duraflaps on my 2016. Very happy with them. Looked like new when I traded the truck a few months ago. They have several options for customizing them.
I like the plain Jane of the Duraflaps on my duellies and they've held for many miles. In this thread from the past shows a comparison of when put on my new '08' and at 289,000 miles.
