O2 sensor

Took truck 2012 6.2 146K to dealer for oil change before putting away for winter. They ran it through their car wash when done, it was below freezing so water was freezing on it while I paid. Left and half mile later orange engine light comes on. Went back, plugged scan tool into it and said right O2 sensor voltage high. Shop guy said they usually do that when getting old. Cleared code and said try it for a while. It's now parked for winter but on drive home it never came on. Could a under vehicle high pressure wash do that? I've driven in some of the worst rainstorms in my life in the truck and never had a drop leak in or a problem. Should I plan on some new sensors next year?

Highly unlikely the wash had anything to do with the sensor coding, frankly. 146k is well past their service life, more than likely it's simply time to replace. CEL will illuminate if during any given ECM "drive cycle", that sensor doesn't output a value the ECM is looking for. Might happen in a few days, might not happen again for months.
