Tail light problems
My tail lights, turn signals and reverse lights don’t work but the hazards do. When I use the turn signals the hazards turn on. This all happened after pulling a trailer a couple thousand miles. Has anyone had this problem?

I am guessing your trailer plug is tied into the truck lights, not the trailer tow harness. If that is true, there is most likely a fuse blown. You have two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one under the dash I believe for your year.
