Hello, can anyone assist me to identify this yellow connector. I can't find it in any of the diagrams. Before breaking down my truck I took over 100 pic's. My phone was hi jacked despite having virus controls in place. Went to provider for assistance and was told that they needed to wipe the phone. Assured me that everything would be backed up. Not so....
Thanks, also my thought, maybe brakes. I hoping someone with a trailer special can assist me. I assuming that it may be part of the tractor trailer circuit...
I have the same truck and found your connection, but it's under my dash where yours looks to be in the engine compartment. I have a male connection under my dash feeding what you show. I traced my connection to my engine compartment (see attached). On my truck I'm "fairly" sure the wiring is for my 7-way trailer connector. If you trace back I'm thinking you will have connections in the back of your truck for a trailer light switch.
Thank you tkandy!!!
My truck had a slide in camper for its entire life. It may have been part of the aux battery connection for the campers 12v supply. BTW, the
tailgate spent 45 years in the garage
