yes computer and all, you have to modfy the fuel rail (should you reuse it) but given the 351 is complete otherwise, that is about it. YOu also need to use the 302 specific flexplate/flywheel. later

I think you mean the 351W specific flexplate/flywheel since the balance is different on the 351W.

I think you would be correct. Thanks mathewP, hopefully fully_loaded reads this after the correction and not before. Yeah 302 uses a 50 oz flywheel/flexplate after 1982 and 28 oz before 1982 and the 351 used a 28 oz all the time. So yeah you need the 351 or 28 oz flywheel/flexplate or you will have one annoying vibration. Later

Actually all you need to do is keep the firing order specific to the engine. If it is a non HO 302 use 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 If the motor is HO 302 or a 351 use 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. YOu might run into more issues if you where converting a mass air or something but batch fire (speed density) to batch fire you should be fine keeping the firing order specific. Seems to work for everyone else. Good luck with your project

i dont think you can use the same computer overagain, i have even herd people say that if you got a 347 stroker you'd have to use a 351 EEC, eather that or go MAF then it would work. the 302 would just not know how much fuel to feed the larger displacement.

There are some folks on this board that use a 302 computer to run a 351 with no problems. It's definitely worth trying before you go buy another computer if you already have a 302 computer.
