Probably not the correct name for it it but basically a U shaped piece of rubber that the bottom of the radiator sets in on each side, truck is a 92 F150.
Anyone know where I can find replacements other than a junk yard?
Is that going to fit? It says that fits Chevy/GMC.
LMC Truck & Bronco Graveyard have them but it shows only up to 1984 or somewhere around that year. I think the last time I needed one I used one from the junkyard that was in better condition than what I had.
it never said, when I put truck in, figures its wrong, thanks...My4Fordtrucks....LMC or Bronco graveyard didnt come up... buddy made his out of ziplock bag and tube of silicone, then trimmed it up, the ones he found in junkyard were worse.
Yes that's it, one of them is totally gone, other is decent shape, hopefully I'll get lucky at the junkyard
Tire tube sounds like a good plan B. thanks!
You can find those laying on the ground at the junkyards I visit
Good luck with the search
If you improvise (which I would not yet)
You could use mountain bile tire rubber and wrap that with inner tube
Would look like hell but work
I'd search the town down for some good ones first
Got lucky today! Found two of the bushings, isolators whatever they really are, in excellent condition, only needed one but there are far better than my best one, couldn't pass that up. Best part got them for five bucks!
