Able to remove modules with forscan?

Wondering if anyone knows if I would be able to remove modules from truck with forscan? I basically made a stand-alone harness for a 2019 f-250 6.7 powerstroke engine, trans, transfer case module, body control module and communication module. I’m putting a 1971 body on this chassis and want to get rid of my lost communication codes with modules I removed. Just wondering if anyone on here know if it’s possible or even better how to do it. Thanks

Any solutions?

We're you able to find a solution? I'm attempting to do something similar where I'm basically keeping a simple hardness and delete some modules for a frame swap I'm doing from a 01 ford explorer onto a 68 Ford pickup.
Appreciate your reply.

My guess would be - maybe?

I am pretty sure I’ve seen where the TCU can be noted as present or not, same with the network it talks on (forget the name).

Note - I am not a Forscan guru by any means, maybe one of those guys will respond.
