Where is mass air flow sensor?

I have a 1996 F150 with a 4.9 liter engine. Where is the mass air flow sensor located? Also, where is the PCV valve located?

Thanks

The mass air sensor is attached to the black air filter housing (air box). It's the round silver piece that will have a plug in connector on it. The link below will give you an idea of what to look for. The pic in the center of the screen is airbox and mass air assembly for 5.0 efi should be pretty close on the 4.9 I6.

The MAF is the silver thing in the foreground between the air filter box and the plastic pipe to the intake.

I wonder how hard it is to change out the mass air flow sensor?

I checked and cleaned mass air flow sensor

It was clean as a whistle. While I was doing this I noticed some hoses that were broke in two. They are located about one foot upstream from the mass air flow sensor. They tie in to the fuel injection (manifold?) then they come together and tie into something over by the A.C. Could this relult in the left bank lean, right bank lean reading?
