Wiper pump
What would cause the windshield wiper pump to only pump every now and then even though the reservoir is full or halfway full?
Been noticing an issue lately, where sometimes it takes 5 to 10 seconds for the fluid to come out whereas other times it comes out immediately and sometimes it doesn’t come out at all.
almost feels like it’s losing prime?

Noticed this same issue on my 17 F350. first time i noticed was after 6 years of ownership. I pulled one of the lines off under the hood and hit the washer and fluid sprayed instantly. So maybe, like you say, washer pump is losing prime or a sign it’s going bad?
