Windshield wiper fluid pump
So anything i put into the wiper tanker leaks right out... The guys at the tire place said it was just a small seal but that they didnt know where to purchase it outside ford.. Any ideas on what exactly this part is and where to put it?

I found out what is leaking.. Off of the pump there is what looks like a T with 2 ports that go into the pump and then 2 ports that go to hoses.. This is what is leaking but i cant find just this part.. Ford says i have to order a whole new pump

Do you really have to order a new pump? No bueno man! If I were you, I would check for this part on line on a parts vendor such as fordpartsgiant.com. I'm sure that you could locate this part independently of the entire wind shield washer pump assembly.
If not, then at the very least you can buy the part from a source other than the stealtership. You have to jump at every chance you get to deprive them of your hard earned money
