Go to the hospital and tell them you have a work related illness. They will have you fill out paperwork and there shouldn't be any out of pocket expense on your part. Even if it's all in your head, (added, "protein," and all), workmans comp. should still handle the mental distress.

Go to the hospital because you probably have food poisioning from the meat being left out, unfrozen, where roaches could crawl all over it. It is the E.Coli bacteria and stuff like that from room temp. meat that will kill you. Since you are well enough to type at a computer, you probably are not too sick and it will pass in a couple of days. But, it would not hurt to have the hospital take a blood and stool sample since it is possible to get long term infections from this.

All the people that died at that Wendy's on the West Coast died from bacteria already on the meat because it was not cooked hot enough to kill the germs.

I have done some cooking at large food kitchens where meal bugs and stuff are things you have to scoop out of the boiling water. But, you HAVE to know you are frying roaches up in burgers or meat. That had to be done on purpose and far be it from me to say they deserve a good kick in the shins for that one. Cruel jerks.

The other thing to consider is the meat was raw and exposed on a dock where roaches ran all over it and then the meat was frozen with the roaches between the patties. Then it was improperly cooked by someone that saw those roaches.

I feel for you, it stinks when people do that to you.

If they don't offer to pay for everything up front, I'd sue the bejesus out of them.

The idea of feeding handicapped humans food that I wouldn't feed my dog would definitely leave a bad taste (no pun intended) in the mouths of a judge or jury...

We have a big kitchen that cooks all of the food
Then each "house" has it own kitchen
The big kitchen cooks the food, sends it to our kitchen where we serve it
