c6 Pressure Issue
I have a 1989 van with a c6 behind a 351W. The transmission is blowing trans fluid out the overflow tube when it is running. The transmission shifts fine. However even before it has had a chance to heat up if you drive it at any RPM it will blow fluid out the overflow. The blown out fluid is NOT hot and the dip stick does indicate that the level is correct when idling. When driving if you back off on the RPMs the overflow will stop or slow down. However when you again increase the RPMs the overflow will start up again. Same when going up a hill. Has anyone come across this problem???
