He likes investment castings because he believes they are stronger/stiffer. I like lower weight (inertia) as long as it is strong/stiff enough. Beyond the strength/stiffness question, I was intrigued by the cup over the bearing.
Yes, as others have said, VERY interesting, I've got a F-250 7.3 ordered, probably nothing of note different in the '24s vs the '23s, hoping it turns out to be a good engine/truck combo....
