Leaking Fuel Rail?
Just swapped a 351w into my 94 f150. When I crank, fuel sprays out (towards firewall) from behind the intake plenum. It’s coming out on the passenger side (cylinder 4 area). I confirmed that the fuel lines are not leaking from where they hook up to the fuel rail. Could this be a broken fuel rail? Or leaking injector? All help appreciated.

mine did this and the leak was in the rear cross over line between the right and left fuel rail. Best way to tell is to put on some safety glasses and have an assistant turn the key to on while you look at the location and see where it’s squirting out. bottom line is the only way to know for sure is to try and see it leaking.
