Engine locked up?
Hello, I have a 1990 f-150 that I recently swapped a 351w into from a 302 and I’ve been having some issues.. it’s fed by a Holley sniper efi system that I’ve been trying to work out for some time, I’ve finally got it to idle somewhat right by making an rfi block plate for the ecu. I was running just sitting there at idle waiting for it to get to temp and it dies, nothing new… I went to start it back up and it doesn’t want to crank, so my first thought was to try and jump start it which didn’t help much at all, I’m in doubt that it’s locked up so I tried to turn the crank over with a breaker bar, it was really hard to turn right so I went left and it was much easier and went somewhat freely to a point then I notice a significant amount of fuel leaking from my header clamp, I’m guessing the cylinders are filled up with fuel and it’s letting it out from the exhaust valves, I’m not sure what to do next, does it need to come apart? Is there a chance I could’ve broken anything? Thank you for reading

Yikes. That sucks. If the fuel injectors got stuck open while it was running, then it would have flooded out the engine and killed it with extremely rich mixture. It wouldn't have hydrolocked while it was running. Your oil is probably completely diluted with fuel at this point.
Disconnect the fuel pump, remove the sparkplugs, and spin the engine over with the starter til the cylinders are dry. Then reinstall the sparkplugs and start troubleshooting what went wrong. Your engine is probably undamaged.
