Okay I'm not knowledgeable in death wobble problems and solutions but I remembered a post here that referenced a company that seemed to have a lot of info on this... just found it, finally.

Pretty much sums it up. A loose part will kick it off for sure. A good damper will stop it before it starts, but is the the fix for it, just a band aid. If parts are all good, and it still happens, which is quite possible, then the Caster is too close to zero. An alignment shop, if they are good and specialize in heavy trucks would be able to figure it out too.
Heres the thing, while everything checks out with just a tiny bit of play in it, the combination of the whole can add up to DW.
