Question Should my fuel injector be replaced?

This is a wonderful group for help.
I have been working on my 1990 Ford F250 with the 460 7.5 gas engine.
Not knowing the miles on these fuel injectors as the mileage has been changed by research of it's records, but know for sure it is over 100,000 miles.
Due to covid this truck was running before covid, but now it runs like it has spark plug wires crossed.
I have renewed the spark plugs and wire and distributor, and new vacuum lines, egr and other parts.
I did not want to dig into the injectors, I gave in and put them in my Autool Cleaner Petrol Injection Tester Cleaning, and found two stuck closed and one stuck open.
I have been able to get the two stuck closed back running okay, and still working on the one that did test with no leaks, but seem to get stuck open when testing.
I have not checked the other 4 injectors yet on the driver side and will do maybe today.
I have pulled the screens and have a rebuild kit.
These are the Bosch 24lb/hr EV1 E8TE-B1C injectors and are what the truck came with.
1). Do I replace them, and with what?
2). Do I just try cleaning them and install the kits?
3). Amazon has some injectors under $100.00 dollars and need to know Yea, or Nay? "I am thinking no way."

These are single hole 24lb/hr EV1 injectors, but have heard the other type have problems sticking open.

Thank you for all help!!!

I had good results getting my stock 4-holes professionally cleaned. I would do that over buying an Amazon special if they ohm out like they should (14-16 ohms if I recall).

Thank you for your reply!
I have four cleaned and rebuilt and now working to get the other four working.
I really am surprised I was able to get the truck to run, as three injector were not working at all.
I still have one still blocked, but it is trying.
Yes they were between 14-16 ohms, but still only one not working yet and I still have it in the ultrasonic cleaner.

You can buy $20 injector pulse testers on eBay if you don’t have a way to rapidly pulse them. The one I bought had four different pulse widths and durations. They are good to help jog them loose.

Thank you, I have one, but the injector is stuck closed.
Two of them I was able to get them free up.
