Accessory power 12V under driver side dash

Accessory power 12V under driver side dash
need to grab a 12V wire for the back light on my Firestone Airide analog gague. It is mounted under the steering wheel and to the left. Where is the easiest place to get 12V power? (on with key).

Any one know where this fuse is located within the panel?

That is the one I was thinking of but it might only give power with the truck running.

It's actually a blunt cut wire in the customer access bundle. It's intended for PTO use but can be used for whatever you want.
