Hello. Im.new to this forum and I have a quick question. I have an 97 F350 that has a heavy/emergency type of frame and suspension. Dana 60's front and back, etc. I was told this has a "highboy" frame. Is that accurate? It started life as a emergency response vehicle. Thx in advance.

the last Ford "highboy" was built in 1976 or 77.
and that 97 F-350 Single wheel 4X4 was built with a sterling 10.25 rear axle.
ford stopped putting the Dana 60 in single rear wheel pickups in 1986
