Have you taken your truck to a local exhaust shop yet? I suggest you find one and get a quote. I've seen pickups with "stacks" that come through the bed, but never exterior to the bed. I suppose anything is possible. 🤑

depends where you live, some states tent be very strict on anything outside the truck body.
as for looking stupid, i would not do it....
but it is your truck, not mine.
just be ready for sticker shock when you get the price.
a setup like that is going to cost you BIG bucks.
