According to the few people who will still speak to me, garlic makes fried rice better. Essentially, it's leftovers tossed together. Everything in the fridge can go into fried rice. I'm eyeing some leftover short ribs and shrimp.

IMHO, almost everything is better with garlic. I even liked the garlic ice cream I had one year at the Gilroy Garlic Festival. I put garlic on my breakfast burrito yesterday too.
