Hi, My 2018 ford F-59 chassis with a Morgan Olson body has been having starting problems. While making deliveries it will be running fine, then it wont start. It will just turn over but not start. It has been towed at least 6 times this year. I have brought it to 4 different garages. they have changed injector wiring, crankshaft position sensor, fuel pump assembly, fuel pump control module and this last time replaced the pcm relay. Today after starting and stopping for about 5 hours it died again. Sometimes after waiting 4 or 5 hours it starts back up. There is only 88,000 miles on it. It also sat at the local Ford dealer for 6 months waiting for parts. UGG.

Well, since most here are probably like me and unfamiliar with a F59 chassis, we have no idea what engine and other particulars you are dealing with.
Is there a check engine light on and codes present, active or stored, when scanned???
The engine is a 6.8 V10 gas motor. A few times when it has not started, I have had it towed. A couple of hours later when the garage takes a look at it starts right up, no codes or lights on the dash. One garage reground a few of the wires. Another said that there is a little corrosion inside of the fuse box. They cleaned up a few of the connections. I'll ask my mechanic if there are any codes that I can pass on.
Okay, well the 6.8 V10 was never offered in the 2017+ trucks that this forum deals with.
But, without any codes, either active or stored, it is hard to help diagnose.
The mechanic may be looking in the right direction with new ground cables and corrosion cleanup though.
I had a car that did this a long time ago. It was the fuel pump relay switch that had a faulty solder joint. The issue got much worse in hot weather where it often would not start at all. I replaced the relay and never had the issue again. If you don't hear your fuel pump running when you turn the ignition on, you may have a similar issue.
