Random Smoke at Startup

Advice?
I have a 2021 F250 that was deleted and the ECM flashed by Proven Diesel. Runs great but about every 5th startup or so it will puff out a cloud of white smoke. By chance has Anyone else ran into this issue?

White is usually coolant. Grey can be stiction. Any soot on ground after the smoke comes out?
