Axle Spreadsheet
I re-created the Axle Availability Spreadsheet from the 2022 Order Guide in a Google Sheet. I am trying to identify each Brand and Model of axle for each available combination. I was able to get some info from the Axle Recall Thread, and filled in if the Axle was a Sterling 10.5", Dana 275 or Dana 300. If anyone has the missing data, please let me know. Specifically, I am missing most of the F-350 SRWs. If you see anything that is incorrect, let me know that also.

what's the difference between the "optional" sterling 10.5 and the standard sterling 10.5?
also, i just switched my order from a 250 with 7.3 with 4.30 gears to a 6.7 with 3.55 elocking rear axle
does anyone think it's worth going to HCTT or the 350 to go to the Dana m275 instead of the sterling 10.5?

I'd say no as Dana has had quality issues of late.

The highest rear GAWR on a 250 is 6340 no matter which axle it has. The SRW 350 can have up to 7230. Lower numbers seem to be influenced more by options than axle type or ratio.

Yea those ratings appear to be related to tire limitations, I am more curious about the axle itself independent of any options. Appears to be at least 7230 based on the 350 rating.
