This useful feature seems to work intermittently at best. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I get a spinning circle for a a bit, then a "Something went wrong. Please try again later." message. Kind of dissapointing, as the only reason for me using this would be to light up the exterior remotely on case of a threat.

Ford's online presence has always been clunky and sporadic in my opinion. Whether it be Ford Pass, the remote start app of old, trying to build a truck online or trying to track a built truck from the factory.
Perhaps the Ford Motor Company rep could add to this. It seems like a common issue, and while not what motivated my purchasing decision by any means, everything on these expensive rigs should work as intended.
