Man looks like there is some serious erosion on those seal faces. I'd probably be cruising Amazon and eBay for some cheapo manifolds and ss up pipes. That's not really a job you want to eff w/ twice.
I can't say personally about the manifolds, but can for the up pipes. A no name China set of bellowed pipes is what I got and no complaints. I'd wouldn't use any of their included hardware, but that's the only bit that worried me.
I'm getting me a set of them tube type manifolds(those ain't headers and calling them such is almost offensive). The 50# less weight would be worth it in my opinion, and they gotta be easier to heat wrap than the factory manifolds.
The only down side I see to those "headers" is there is no easy way to install an exhaust temperature sensor on them without welding a nut to it somewhere.
I doubt those headers will hold up, likely cheap china metal. Are your current ones leaking at the head? or is it just the bolts frozen in the ears causing you grief?

Once I got the up pipes out of the way, I was able to remove those bolts without much trouble. I did have the fender liner out on the passenger's side, I don't remember if I had to on the driver's side though. My bolts were about as ugly as they get and they came out.
