Crank no start

I’m completely stumped. Picked up a 02 Ford f250 7.3 awhile back. Dude said he had no clue what’s wrong with it. It cranks but don’t start. I’ve replaced the cam position sensor, ipr valve. Fuel bowl is filling up with fuel. It cranks & cranks no start. If I spray little starting fluid in, it’ll start for a second and die. Anyone got any idea what I’m looking over or it could be? It’s supposed to have brand new stage 2 injectors & it was running and driving great with them the dude said one day it died and just never started back up

Not sure if the 2002 is the same in this area, but I had a similar issue and it turned out to be the IDM relay. Swap it with the blower motor relay to check.

any smoke while cranking? any way tom monitor what the icp and ipr values are when cranking, have you verified fuel pressure, full bowl doesnt mean pressure to the fuel rails
