So far I have done plugs, cop’s, cleaned the tb, the maf sensor, ran sea foam thru it
Checked everywhere for vac leaks
I did find the exhaust flange wasn’t tightened down right above the o2 sensor on the passenger side, tightened that down and the exhaust leak went away
And, I've never seen fuel trims that high. The PCM is dumping loads of extra fuel in to Bank 1 apparently because the O2 sensor is showing lean. Looks like it's dumping so much that it's making its way in to the oil and the PCV system, which then gets sucked in to Bank 2. Just a guess, but it's pulling a lot of fuel on Bank 2. -16.4% is a lot to pull.
I wonder if you damaged/clogged a catalytic converter with all of the extra fuel. Might want to check your oil for gasoline dilution also. Good luck.
It is just about to the adaptive limit of 25 percent
Means intake gasket leak or intake manifold plenum is cracked
If the O2 sensor PID is stuck lean on that bank, a new O2 sensor will not fix it
I would pull the intake and inspect the plastic weld around the plenum (at the bottom) or smoke test it

you got a serious leak somewhere. Fastest way is to smoke the intake and look for leaks. You’re going to be amazed at how many you’ll find. Had a similar situation on a Ford Taurus. The power returned was amazing.
Also, are you sure the plugs you put in are good? I’ve had bad ones outta the box before too…are you getting any miss fire?

I replaced all the injectors and the numbers are now back with in range.
I did a smoke test and only found 2 leaks around the throttle body
