2019 left blinker is fast inside cab

2019 left blinker is fast inside cab
So today my left blinker was blinking fast inside the cab. I checked the left and right blinker are normal speed. Brake lights work. If I use the hazards lights the left one does not blink. So I bought
new bulbs at auto zone #3157. According to the manual this is the correct one. After installing the new bulb when I use the left blinker now both bulbs blink top and bottom. put in original one and its back to same situation. I disconnected the battery and cleaned the terminal anyways and still same thing. This should have been a no brainier. Reverse lights working fine thanks jeff
