Backup lights dont work

Backup lights dont work

I've tried replacing bulbs and checking fuses for the turn signals, parking lights, backup lights and backup relay. High mounted light is working when backing up. Any suggestions?

Put a voltmeter on it. Poke through the wire insulation with the meter prongs don’t just rub the bulb Connections...

I guess I'll disconnect the plow harness and put everything back where it goes and start there.
The harness and isolation module are correct for the truck so that makes them about 4-5 years old.
Everything looks pretty clean and professional.
I did find one blown fuse in the harness.
