I have ground wire from firewall to intake , battery to engine block . I read radiator support to battery was suggested. I think when I added the ground from the radiator support to the battery it caused some kind of circuit & it killed my battery !!!
What you guys think ?????????????? I think I saw there are only 3 MAJOR grounds , Frame to engine , cab to block , battery to engine. Did I remember these right ?
Looks to me the engine is grounded to frame already unless there is rubber in the motor mounts that isolates the connection . Also cab to frame should be grounded unless there is some rubber between them ...........
Should I add wires..........
Now I think the whole truck is sitting on rubber tires...............how is it grounded !!!!!!!!!!! ah ha.............
Guess I will add a cab to frame ground................just been putting it off.............oh me.........
Battery to motor
Motor to frame
Motor to cab - you have motor to firewall & battery to radiator support.
If you battery went dead it had nothing to do about a ground you have a drain on the battery.
I saw you have a radio powered up all the time?
