Hey all, name's Rod and I live in MA about an hour south of Boston.
As the title suggests, what tires are you running on your rig? This is my 2015 F250 XLT gas with goodyear ultraterrain at's on 20" fuel wheels and lift. I really miss duratracs I've had before on other vehicles, however I have been told they have been discontinued. Any suggestions on something all terrain and good on highways? I liked the ultraterrains however they pick up every little bit of gravel out there which can be annoying after a while.
Tires are so subjective. You get what you pay for. Set the price you want to pay and pick the ones that you like. I trust Toyo, Nitto, Michelen and Yokohama. I've run Toyo MT for several years but use my truck mainly for offroad camping trips.
i wasnt a fan of the stock tires cause they were useless for anything but road. Had ridge grapplers and they were good but one developed a leak that the shop couldnt figure out. switched to Falken wildpeak at3w in a 37. so far no complaints
The stock Michelin 20 inch LTX AT/2 tires on my 2019 surprised me. They are quiet, wear well, tow well, good traction is snow, ice, rain, dry, and moderate mud/wet grass. I've had better snow/ice tires, but these have worked through 4 Wisconsin winters without an issue. I have 40k miles on them, I expect another 20-30k miles before I have to think about replacing them.
My only negative on them would be that they look pretty plain. They don’t look a bit aggressive.
