There is a recall I think on the clearance lights but they will only fix them "as" they leak. I've had 2 fixed so far. I bet it could be them. Water moves unpredictably. Might call your ford dealer and ask them if there is a recall. I think they can tell which ones are leaking. Good luck.

Get a buddy to wet down windshield with out wetting roof…see if that duplicates it
then try to wet roof only and see if that duplicates it
There are other areas but not localized to the corner your pointing to.
see if the pax side floor behind driver is wet…there is a rear cab vent leak problem.
