This might have already been answered but I couldn't find it in any threads. I have a F250 Lariat with moonroof. I recently noticed a water spot in the passenger side headliner where it meets with the C-pillar. The water drips down the side and on to the rear passenger seat. I can feel up in the moonroof rails and they don't appear to be holding water when it rains. Any other ideas of where to be checking?

There is a drain tube that runs down the A-pillar, maybe the connection at the top is leaking, or disconnected.
Yep, lots of stories of moon roof drains not even connected from the factory . Four total, two up from and two I’m the rear. That would be my guess based on where you state the water staining is.
I have water dripping out of the A pillar grab handle on my brand new F350 with moon roof and clearance lights. Sounds like others have had this same problem. Waited 11 months to get this thing and now dealer has had it as much as I have!
Check the seal around the third brake light on the roof. It’s an overlooked source of many interior water leaks and is easy to fix with either a new gasket or the right silicone.

That drip on mine was the LH clearance light, dealer replaced it and no more leaks.
