We listened to F-150 owners' feedback for targeted development, finally polished two bulb types, and what is ultimately presented to users is the Pro-FD-01L/Pro-FD-01H and Pro-FD-02L/Pro-FD-02H.
The Pro-FD-01 is designed for the 2018-2023 F-150, where L refers to the low beam, which corresponds to the H11 bulb, and H refers to the high beam, which corresponds to the 9005 bulb. The Pro-FD-02 is designed for the 2015-2017 F-150, where the L and H divisions are the same as described above.

Custom Design: High Brightness with Optimal Beam Pattern

The Pro-DC series LED bulbs have a true power of 50W and 5000 lumens per bulb, with high brightness, providing clear vision for safe driving. Besides, it features 80*80MIL high lumen LED chips and an accurate mount socket design, ensuring the optimized beam pattern with a clear cut-off.
The LED chip and the base socket is set at the best angle to get the best light beam pattern. When you can install it securely to lock the bulb in the housing, its beam pattern is perfect without needing further adjustment. Multiple Cooling System: Strong Stability

Dual-ball-bearing fan is at the bottom of the LED bulb. We maximized the dual-ball-bearing fan according to the OEM housing space. 9000RPM 40MM dual-ball-bearing with 7pcs fan blades offers the maximum heat dissipation surface. The larger the surface area the cooler the LED bulb will remain.
Built-in turbofan and a vent on the dust cover is another cooling system. The turbofan can dissipate heat to outside from the housing through the vents. This dual-cooling system keeps the brightness steady, no longer worry about the LED bulbs will overheat when they are running.
The excellent cooling system ensures that the bulb does not overheat and shut off when running at ultra high power. High luminosity products must face the challenge of stability in operation, and clearly, we have successfully solved the issue of the bulbs shutting off.


OEM-Design Extended Dust Cover

When the heat-sink returns to the center of the housing, the original dust cover is most likely unable to be installed. In the past when encountering such solutions, car owners usually had to painfully abandon the dust cover or drill holes in the dust cover for the heat-sink to pass through.
However, for Pro-DC we have customized an extended dust cover. The extended dust over was made based on the OEM rubber dust cover. It not only perfectly protects the LED bulbs from water/dust/moisture/other messes, but the extension design also provides a bigger space for the best heat-dissipation effect.
The dust cover also integrates the external driver, which is completely different from the traditional built-in driver design. LED bulbs with built-in drivers are usually made smaller for higher integration, which certainly compromises heat dissipation space. While enlarging the fan system, the Pro-DC series places the driver inside the dust cover, again expanding the heat dissipation space and ensuring thermal performance. The addition of the extended dust cover design gave this product more possibilities.
