Welcome! Nice truck! Thanks for sharing pictures! A word or warning, it looks like you have the dreaded Firestone RH-5° rims, which are the true widow makers rims (not to be confused with lock ring rims which the uninformed sometimes also call widow makers): https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post20745688

I am working on different wheels. Not having much luck.
Add my welcome. Bringing your wheel question to this thread, the Budd style tubeless 19.5” or 22.5” wheels are the perfect fixes for an F-4. It is likely that your truck now has, or came with, the DRW 18” widowmaker wheels with 7.00-18” tires. It is also likely you have the desirable 5.14/1 final drive ratio common to F-4s. Those 18” tires are about 34” tall. The Budd #89340 tubeless 19.5” x 6” is the perfect match when fitted with 8R19.5” tires that are also about 34” tall. These wheels are commonly found on dead Ford or Dodge Class A motor homes of the 1970s/80s.
Your truck might have originally have been SRW fitted with four 20” widowmakers. The tubeless equal to the 20” is the 22.5”. The 9R22.5” tire at 38” tall is the narrowest tire today available. Our member 63flareside has a set of four 22.5” wheels now listed for sale in the classified section.
Seeing in your Profile that you live in MT, I’d also suggest you get to know our friend Mark Buck, buck5050, who lives in Missoula and has a knack for finding these wheels. I don’t think he has any available right now, but I’ll text him and ask him to check in. Stu
Nice truck. I may be able to help connect you with some history As I worked in the trades for over 35 years . I might be able to help you with the wheels , but I am buried at the moment. Its best to call me 406 880 5473. WHAT A GREAT PROJECT YOU HAVE. If you leave it patina , or paint it back to those colors its going to be fantastic.
