2005 Ford E450 Ambulance problems

Hello, I've got a 2005 Ford E450 with a 6.0. It's got loss of power and smoke leaves tailpipe quite often. Can't get it over like 40mph. Is it worth even trying to fix, if so, how much would it cost. Anything and everything helps, thanks!

Current codes are:
P0098 (IAT Sensor)
P0299 (Turbo Failure)
P0336 (Crankshaft position sensor)
P0480 (Cooling fan circuit problem)
P0528 (Fan Speed Sensor)
P0611 (ECM detects problem with FICM)
P0672(Circuit problem with Glowplug cylinder 2)
P0676 (Circuit problem with Glowplug cylinder 6)
P0678 (Circuit problem with Glowplug cylinder 8)
P2269 (Unknown)
P2614 (Unknown)

On the E series, it is very time-consuming to work on it due to the difficult space conditions. Based on the DTCs, it is difficult to estimate the price. However, $3000 is quickly spent on such work.

Did you confirm your sensors are good and the network voltage isn't grounding? After sitting overnight, KOEO, your temp sensors should all be about the same as ambient temperature, and your pressure sensors should all be close to your BAR sensor, i.e. local, base baro pressure. Then check your Vref is 5v.

E450 are harder to work on, but not so much harder than Fseries guys think. Mostly, it's a visual thing - it just feels more cramped and harder to see anything. But, if you already know the engines such that you don't have to see so much, it's not much different. Both require that you take off a bunch of stuff - air filters, hoses, boots, tubes, etc. before you can do much, but once you got all that off the Eseries, you can see pretty well, and the advantage of having the open doghouse kicks in. It's just the mundane daily tasks - oil/filter changes, cleaning an EGR valve or EBP sensor, that are a bit harder on the Eseries.
