Has anyone seen any Carbon Fiber Tails like the one posted on the Expedition page for the 2002 Excursion? I think those look sharp.

I've looked everywhere! No one is making carbon fiber, euro tails etc. for the excursion yet.

 

I looked all over the web today, and couldn't find them either. I did find a Billet grill in all black that may find a home. If anyone finds or hears when the Tails come up, please post.

 

there isnt enough market for them, excursions are new, the aftermarket excursion market is new, give it a while and they will eventually have some i bet, even though i strongly dislike altezzas, euros, whatever you call them i think that someone should start making some for us, it would help to encourage the modification of excursions; consequently creating more products and options

 

Are the F-250 superduty tailights the same? Anyone know?

They are not the same. :-(

 

I was on ebay last night and I found there is a company called Matrix Racing selling two styles of altezza tails one is carbon fiber.
They are over priced... But I could'nt resist!

I'll post a picture when I install them!

 

Guys, the X tail lights are scavenged from the Econoline van. Try looking for those. Some E-Vans had Red/Clear/Amber tails which might give your X a different look. ;-)

I was "watching" the same item on EBay. You "bought it now"...must really like what you see. I can't believe that our tailights are the same as the Econoline Van.

I saw your EBAY name and knew it was you. I called them last week and wanted to see the carbon fiber or the smoked ones, but they had no pictures to show. Not sure if these will go with my all black X.

Jeez Dog, you should read my self help books on having NO SELF CONTROL when it comes to spending, they sure didn't help me but they may help you!!
Dumped another $1500 on my stero system in the last 2 days, don't know why, the stock system is good enough, just needed to spend I guess!!

I got a few bucks left over, I was thinking you must be sick of that push bar by now, maybe you should take it off and send it my way

Actually, it was a different company..I did a search on dogpile.com for Altezza Lights and found a few sites that have these in-stock. There are three types availible- Clear (like the one's you ordered), Smoked, Carbon Fiber. He suggested Carbon fiber for my all black, but did not have them in stock until next monday and didn't have any pics. I bookmarked the site at work, so I don't have it handy, but they are availble.

Also, within the next 60 days they will have a add on billet grill in black (not chrome)for all three sections with cutouts for the ford logo.

Although I have clear corners on my 2002, I changed them out for "Euro-Clear" corners that match the new Reflector Beam Headlights exactly. Found them on EBAY. Looks really sweet. I also added a DVD system with two 7" screens (one in each head-rest). I need to add some pictures so anyone who is interested can see.
