What size tires are on it? I would just go up to the next size and call it a day. Sell the original tires online…
1.5” is tight and yeah it would hit. Imagine hitting the concrete ledge and bouncing some and screwing up your roof.
Or just stick with 1 inch.
Sounds like a headache as it may not be exactly on the money. I would just do the tires.

Looks like you have oem tires. I think 1.5" looks excessive on oem tires/wheels. I vote 1" level or no level and do tires instead. 35's are usually within 1/2" of the 275/65r20 oem tires as measured on the truck. Will look better but not be much taller than stock. Reminds me I still need to see if my stock hieght 23' on 37's will fit in my garage, gona be tight or no go.
