I need some advice! Changed my sparkplug on 2011 F250.. I started at #8 and worked backwards. No issues removing or installing until #1 plug. It will not thread all the way! Is there an easy fix? Never had issues before! Thought of force threading, retapping the hole.
If the old plug came out no problem without damaged threads then one would assume the new plug thread is damaged, Did you try a different plug or put one of the pld ones back in to see if it threads down all the way?
Bottom plugs. I did try other plugs and even tried to put the old one back. I did not see any damaged threads. I've tried tightening & loosening a but at a time but my gutt says to stop.

I would grab a bore scope if you have one available to look at the thread hole. Then use a chaser tap with grease on it to catch any filings that may come off.

Do you know the tap size? Just asking to make my life easier but I can find out if you don't know.
I do not, I thought I might have the same problem when I changed my plugs on my 03 5.4L but my only problem was dirt and crud in the plug wells. once I made a tool to cut all that stuff out, my plugs came out easy and went in easy.
