Been awhile since I needed help but always count on you guys.
Parked the truck for a couple days cause of bad oil leak. Fixed the leak and truck doesnt crank. It will fire up and run with jumping the blue and yellow wire on pass. side. No codes, using AE and Snap on Verdict. Checked fuse 31 and 22. Both good. Tried putting in neutral but nothing. Has an anti theft kill switch. I figure it that is bad, it wouldn't start. Tried disconnecting clutch fan, read they can cause issues. Any advice would be helpful.
I have an instrument cluster issue that causes a no-start from the key and have to use the wire under the hood to get it to start. That's now my anti-theft switch.
You might check the aux wire that attaches to driver's side battery's positive terminal clamp. If that's loose it can mess with your IC.
Update. Just because you feel the starter relay click doesn't mean it's good. I guess the relay wasn't making contact. Replaced the relay with a known good one. Truck starts flick of a key.
