Both are gone on my truck. Are they the same part for all cab styles? The ones I'm seeing on eBay look like they say either Regular cab only or regular and crew cab. Not uncommon for those listings to be wrong though.

Regular and crew cab are the same. Extended cab are different. Also newer 08+ ones are different.
Which cab version is your truck? I have the extended cab and had no luck finding one side awhile ago. I didn’t try very hard because a couple trucks came into the junkyard and I got them quick.

When mine came off, luckily I found it. I used a good polyurethane adhesive sealant and held the piece on with tape until it cured. Has been a few years and very permanent - I wouldn't hesitate to pry off a same color piece at a junk yard and install it like this.
They ain;t OEKM, but they are already the right color for my truck.
I think the originals are around my dad's house somewhere, he mentioned having them before. I didn't trust them to stay if I glued them back on, so never worried about it. If I can find the old ones I might glue them back on now, and stick the new set on the shelf for spares. The originals will match the truck better, I won't be worried if they dissapear now, and I'll have the new set for when/if I get the paint fixed down the road.
I need to quit being on the internet at midnight, I spend too much money then. Morrors for the F-250, new rifle, parts for new rifle, F-250 trim pieces. In the last month or two, I've spent way too much money when I should be sleeping.
