I swapped a 99 7.3 into my 97 and kept the newer oil reservoir and HPOP and fuel bowl. I’ve been able to identify all but one wire. It is Red w/white stripe and goes to a 90deg push on. It’s not for the fuel bowl and I can’t find any other place for it. It goes to pin 31 in the engine harness plug. Does anyone know what this is supposed to connect up too?
Thank you. Thats the one. I hooked up the white/blue to the water pump sensor. I didn’t realize I need to add a second sensor to the block since I changed it to a manual transmission.
red/white - sensor on top of water pump
white/blue - sensor on front, passenger side of the block.
