Fuel Check Valves

1990 F150 4.9. Will these check valves work as far as pressure supplied? I want to make sure everything runs good after install. Or do I need something different? Thanks.

I don't understand what you are wanting these to do? Your truck has check valves built into the fuel pump(s) already.

The one in my rear tank went out. I just want to put some in the lines instead of changing the whole pump. They are only a couple of years old.

He wants to know, & has asked before in another thread...

If these valves will substitute for the band-aid valves that Ford put on OBS trucks to fix the cross-flow problems that plague them.

Since the only stock ones that are found cost an arm & leg NOS or must be sourced in a junk-yard.

It would be nice to know.
